10 Step Restorative Carpet Cleaning Process
1. Consultation, including pre-inspection, regarding all areas to be cleaned.
2. Remove dry soil by vacuuming with the Dyson Lightweight.
3. Pre-condition with appropriate solution to suspend soil. This step can include optional deodorizer.
4. Apply optional Micron sanitize..
5. Agitate fibers with carpet brush to ensure solution penetration deep into carpet fibers.
6. High pressure hot water extraction.
7. Rapid dry with the use of an industrial air mover.
8. Apply optional Scotchgard™ fiber protector.
9. Groom carpet to ensure even application of Scotchgard™ and give a finished look.
10. Post-inspection. Every client receives a 16oz. "Spot Out" bottle and a spot removal guide to help with accidents.

We move most movable furniture. Some items we do not move include, but are not limited to, televisions, electronics, glass furniture, etc. Furnishings will be placed on foam blocks or plastic tabs while carpets dry to prevent any damage to furnishings or carpet.
