9 Step Upholstery Cleaning Process

1. Consultation, including pre-inspection, regarding pieces to be cleaned.

2. Remove dry soil by vacuuming pieces.

3. Pre-condition with appropriate solution to suspend soil.

4. Brush pieces to ensure even application of solutions.

5. Hot water extraction using the Dry Master.

6. Rapid dry with the use of an industrial air mover.

7. Apply optional Scotchgard™ fiber protector.

8. Brush piece to ensure even application of Scotchgard and give a finished look.

19. Post-inspection. Every client receive a 16oz. "Spot Out" bottle and a spot removal guide to help with accidents.
